Yes, the headlights are interchangable, only the fogs are different

He's right! I've changed my headlights twice. I bought used fogs for mine. When my mechanic went to install them, we found out that it had some. A black metal plate was made to go over them. I never looked good at them, I just saw that it did have any. I've swapped them out about 3 times.
