I have 3.55 and I love them, there is an article up top about gears, they say a good choice for v-8's is 4.10's but I drive my car on the highway and my gas mileage is bad enough. :crying:

i have 4.10's in my 94 gt and get 24 mpg on the highway doing about 75 mph. gears aren't really going to hurt your gas mileage, i only lost one mpg when i switched from 3.27's.

In my 95gt I had 4.10's and a procharger and still got like 18 around town. Yes I opened it up at least 2 or 3 times a day. I switched from the 4.10's to 3.55's and I hated that car after that!! It was horrible. Then again it had stock h,c,i. So it died around 4800 or so. Look at your future goals of the car and decide from that. I dropped to a 3.55 because I was going to build a turbo kit for it.

***edit*** just noticed your an auto. If your planning on staying stockish, or basically no turbo kit then I would go for the 4.10's personally.

i have 4.10s and they are awesome, but my gas mileage sucks majorly, probably around 12-15 mpg, not only due to the gears though
