Guys this is driving me nuts and I have to leave a half hour early if I want to be on time to work.

Whenever I start my car up after its been sitting over night the electronic choke wont do its job and itll die. I have to keep my foot on the gas and keep it at 2K for a bare minimum of 10-15 minutes just to get her idling on its own. Then once i start driving and change gears, whenever i push the clutch in it jumps down to about 600 rpms real fast between shifts. Once it gets a good warm up it runs like a top.

I have cleaned the throttle body and IAC.

What do I need to do and whats it gonna cost. I'm broke as hell and need this pain in the ass fixed. Thanks!

Kinda unusual symptom. Like the choke circuit is disfunctional. I want to say check for vacuum leaks but... Did you remove the TB from the car when you cleaned it? IAC gasket damaged somehow??

Do the battery disconnect/ECM re-calibrate thing to it. Still persist?

When I had starting problems and weird idle issues I found that I needed a new fuel pump...
