help question about rims fitting on my car!

K, I recentley bought a pair of 99-04 18x9 saleen wheels, and I have been told they might not fit in back because of my lower control arms, and I was wondering if any 1has bought the same rims and put them on without a problem.? and would i need spacers?.. because they advertise to fit on any mustang 94-2004 :dunno:
