Help with a Pioneer P5000DV in a 98 GT

I just bought a Pioneer P5000DV radio for my car. My last radio was a Pioneer as well. I bought the harness that converts the wiring into RCA's so you can use the Mach system. On my old deck, there were 4 female ports for the RCA's. On the new deck, there is only 2 and they are labeled as Front Input. The front speakers work but I can't get the rears to work. Can anyone help out? :dunno:
