Help with Anderson PMS tuner

I recently purchased a Anderson PMS tuner and was looking for some help setting up a base tune for my 1995 Mustang GT with a 5.0. I do have a copy of the 31 page manual but was looking for more specific information. I contacted Anderson Motorsports but Rick Anderson has retired and no one there is familiar with this system as it has been discontinued. My combo is as follows: 5.0 stock bore and stroke with GT40 heads, and Explorer intake, 70mm throttle body, 19# injectors, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, cold air intake, Steeda #19 camshaft, 1.72 roller rockers, BBK long tube headers, off road H-pipe w/ Flowmaster 40 series mufflers, 5 speed with 3.73 gears.
