HELP WITH INSTALLATION OF GAUGES

Ok bought these and well lets say that even with a heat gun the parent plastic wants to bend and the glue holding the plastic to the breeze is still solid. So i tried the reverse way and have simply said FUCK IT.. These beasts wont go in and how close your fingers are to the plastic there is no room.. Anyone that has installed these please help.. Last resort ill file them down and reverse side glue them but would like second help before i do steps i dont need to..

These look pretty cool! I'm guessing that you've downloaded and read the free PDF instuction manual on the site, like I just did? It shows, with pictures, how to disassemble the instument cluster and install the rings. If that doesn't work, the reviews on the site are very helpful.

yeah done that and the file is the exact same one you get with the product.. Its a pain they so dont go in easy.. Still having issues

Don't they just snap in from the inside?

no they will not go in from the inside, I tried on mine. I used a dremel and a cut-off wheel to seperate the two pieces and then some CA to put it back together, as well as to hold the ring in place.
