So, have been reading a lot of reviews about a ton of tires.
I think i have my mind made up, but i figured i would get your guys opinions.
I don't ever go to the track, i drive spirited on the street, and every once and a great while i go to the canyon roads. so i want something good for a daily driver, going to be quiet, good dry traction and decent wet traction and going to get a decent tread life. I live in sunny southern California so i don't get much rain. I am on a budget so i am keeping the individual tire cost under $200 a tire, but of course i am on a budget so the cheaper the better as long as the tire is good.
Wheels are going to be from Cruzin' Concepts Wholesale
18in saleen silver 18x9 for $113 per rim
OR 18 saleen hypercoated 18x9 $117 per rim.
(i am leaning towards the hypercoated)
Tire options (265/35-18)
Dunlop direzza dz101 $167 per tire
BFGoodrich g-Force Sport COMP-2 $169 per tire
falkin azenis fk-453 or 452 $178/180 per tire
nitto nt555 $186 per tire
Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport $187 per tire
Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Positions $194 per tire
(i am leaning to the g-Force sport comp2)
the bfg meets everything i am looking for, at least i think it does, price is good it has a UTQG of 340aaa the reviews seem to be great.
what do you guys think 18in sleens hypercoated with sport comp 2 in 265/35???
SO after pricing everything with sales tax, mounting balancing etc etc it comes out to $1322, BUT on american muscle i can get the black chrome 18in saleens with nt555 and since the dont charge sales tax or mounting balancing it comes out to $1391, should i go through american muscle and get nt555
