hm. i will see if i can presidentially-solution my pulley puller onto the front of the pulley, then apply TQ to the puller, instead of the bolt while its being held in place... thats another one to try.

That's a tough one. I suggest putting 2 bolts in the crank opposite one another. Then use a pry bar and wedge it between the 2 bolts to use as leverage. That should help you lock up the crank while you hit the crank bolt with an impact gun. The most important thing is that you're turning the bolt the correct direction. You probably know that but just wanted to make sure because if you turn it counter clockwise you're only tightening it. Just make sure to turn the bolt clockwise to loosen it.

i will probably try this one first... maybe zip tie the trigger on my impact gun down and go watch TV for a few hours
