I have a Ford F-150 but I am planning to trade it in for a Mustang in the coming months. I've read that the Mustang has a really loud engine, is that true?

I'm trading it in purely for shallow reasons. The Mustang is one of the coolest rides I've ever laid my eyes on but I always thought it was for the younger guys. I managed to put that thought out of my mind so I'm going to go for it.

Also, I have a gift for anyone who wants to use this. I got an email for a 10% coupon from this site http://www.carmenitafordparts.com. I don't have one (YET) so maybe someone can use it: mustangm30. It's good for all their parts and accessories, not just mustangs. It expires May 31st and is good on online orders only.

Hope to see you guys around.

How loud it is depends on what kind of exhaust it has on it. Stock it is quiet but they can me made very loud.

Thanks for the welcomes. I'm probably older than most guys on this forum (oh well) and whenever I see the newer Mustangs and I go forward beside them at a light, the driver is always a young man so that probably gave me a bit of a complex!

You guys are convincing me. I'm going to give my truck maybe one more month and then sayanora.

I turned the Big 5-0 this year and I'm sure there's others here that had 8 track players in their first car. When I check out who's driving the sn95s in my area it's everyone from teens to grandmas
