Hey, I just noticed that my high beams don't work... my lows are fine, but as soon as I flick on the highs, the lows and fogs turn off, and no highs come on... I get no light (except for dim running lights).

Is this a fuse somewhere? Or do I have busted switch? The bulbs are obviously still good, the lows work just fine...

No HID kit. The highs used to work just fine. Just all of a sudden they don't...

The lows and the fogs work. Unless you mess with your wiring, fogs turn off when you turn on the highs.

Can you burn out just the highs? I don't know a whole lot about the internals of the bulbs... I didn't think that was possible, but I have no idea where I got that impression, so maybe... but both bulbs at once? Both right and left are out...

does your high beam indicator on your instrument cluster illuminate when you turn on your brights? if so then I would take the plug out of the back of the bulb and use a test light and check for voltage. if you have voltage, then check your ground. if you have a good ground and good voltage then the high beam filament in your bulbs are blown. now if the high beam indicator does not illuminate when you turn your brights on, then its most likely your multifunction switch.

When you pull the lever to you, kind of, do your highs work. Like if you were going to flash someone if you are going to pass them I mean. That is the only way I do my bright lights! That way I get my highs with my lows still working. I may have just made it worse, sorry.
