High Idle.

Ok so ive had to put a new TB on its a twin 62mm instead of the 57mm. I had the IAC issue but have a restrictor plate with a 1/4 hole and its a new IAC but my revs are still sitting at 1000-1200 rpm. I have used a hand held tunner which is set with the smaller TB. Do i need a new tune to solve the problem or is it something else?

try a smaller hole in the restrictor plate or double check to make sure there are no leaks.
