I got a good deal on a set of termi seats but the rears have a couple of coffee stains on the suede. Any tips/tricks to remove them?

Coffee is going to be tough, it will "bleed" out of the material quite a bit if it was just left to soak. Do you have access to a wet vac? I would do a normal cleaning with a damp cloth and some cleaner, and then get a spray bottle of just water and spray while simultaneously using the wet vac until the stains are done "bleeding" out of the fabric.

Just dont scrub too hard. and if after they spots dry there are still coffee marks, try to use a foam cleaner, but dont saturate it, or the stains may bleed up again.

Bryan,
You might have gotten a great deal if you can greatly lighten or rid the stains. I'm not sure if the suede material is natural or synthetic, but from my research it seems products for this type of material are made for either. Chances are, it's synthetic material, which should help as it's likely more durable, stronger, and better resistant to chemicals and wear.

I'd first and foremost recommend looking into some quality products like those linked above. The cleaner is made specifically for suede/alcantara/nubuck and will hopefully work well. Keep in mind that this is going to be a project, not a 5 minute fix. If you spend half a day working the seats slowly back towards perfect: that's perfect and well worth the money. You don't want to soak the seats to the point they're wet and risk staining seeping deeper into the fabric. Take your time and do it right. The directions should point you to what you need to do.
I hope this helps and goodluck!
