How do the cobra fogs mount?

I was just curious how cobra fogs mount?

the cobra bumper ive got just has the holes for the fog lights and little tubes coming back from the holes.

Do the fog lights mount onto those tubes or something?

do you have the lights? do a test fit? you may have 2 drill....
