My stock belt with full accessories fit perfect now that I installed my Procharger, the problem is I had to bypass my smog pump which is what ATI recommends. Since I'm keeping my smog equipment my plan is to get a longer belt to include the pump as well. I measured with a string and came up with 115 inches, but don't know if I should get the 115 belt or the 114.5 to compensate for the idler. Anyone do this before?

I just did this for my set up and a previous one as well, i've noticed the length you get with a string will never fit, you will probably have to add 1.5-2" over the string length. From what I've found if my memory serves there is no belt between 115 and 117', so I'd try the 117"

I just checked summit and all they have is 115 and 117.5 maybe that's why they ask to bypass the pump

Lots of trips to napa and buy multiple belts at a time. That's what I had to do when I removed the AC.
