How do you remove your rear side reflectors?

Im getting my tails tinted in a few weeks and i cannt seem to figure out how to remove the side reflectors. Are there just balck ones you can buy on ebay? how complicated is it. It almost looks like you have to take the whole bumper off.

take the bumper loose at the fender well and snake your hand and a wrench in there. its two crap nuts in the back of the reflector.

Its not impossible, but its hard on the skin.
