How hard is it?

Sooo....I'm currently trying to talk my dad into letting me get a shift kit for my car. He doesn't really want me to because I don't know how. He wouldn't want me bringin it to a shop to put it in. So how hard is it to put a shift kit in an aode? I'm trying to convince him it'll be no problem. Am i right?

I have almost no experience with cars....I think the most i've done is changed the spark plugs with my bro :dontknow: so yea. Could I do it?

I think so. Just do a jmod all it cost you is fluid, filter and a few drill bits. And of course a new gasket for the valve body.

what does a j-mod do? how is it different from a shift kit?

do you have any type of exhaust in this car? If not thats always something you could do that is easy and you can physically hear a result from. Plus its fairly cheap.

i dunno....my bro bought new pipes a while back for it. Has the stock midpipe. But I wanna make it shift faster/harder. And a shift kit is only 70-100 bucks depending on where you get it. But yea..anyone got a link for a jmod?
