If I get sportlines how important will it be to get Camber, Caster plates? Even if I get an alignment afterwards.

The whole idea of caster camber plates is to get your alignment correct after the car gets dropped. If you can get close to factory alignment with sportlines and with out using aftermarket caster camber plates, then you should not get it. Chances are though, it will be pretty tough to get the car close to factory specs w/o them.

I didn't, and in about 20k miles, I literally wore the inside edges right off my tires. The outside was still great, so I mean, a tire is 200 bucks, I'd say c/c/ plates are a good investment.

Thanks guys. I knew it would be off somewhat after the drop. Hopefully I can pick some up cheap.

i have the pro-kit with no caster cambers. i do plan to get some soon, as i plan to do more suspension mods, but for now i have no problems not using them. my front tires are wearing pretty evenly.

if i had it in my funds right now i'd get them though

I thought mine were wearing evenly until the corner fell off. I'm not kidding, it wasn't the inside, it was the corner, the very edge next to the sidewall.

I dunno what that lowers, but as a rule of thumb, anything more than 1.5" will throw the camber out far enough to be concerned about. I was at 2.10" lol.
