id use the interior minus the seats on my 97 so my interior matches black
and swap in the v8 and tranny i have,and a 8.8 rear ,i have another complete gt interior for this car too and almost everything
for a pi swap
was thinking 500 to 600

drive train junk but if i were you id offer him 800 and if he takes it and its not rotted under the car then you got a decent deal. would make a good dd it looks...

Looks like a clean car, I would say its worth 800-900. And if your looking to part it out head over to v6 forums like 3.8mustang and v6power, people are always looking for parts.

you won't make much scavenging parts off of it. maybe the brake booster and wiring harness maybe.. you do know you have to switch that car over to OBD2 since it is OBD1 currently.
