none. no hp either.

your engine doesn't make any more or less power because of gears.

The engine make your H.P. and Torque. You actually lose H.P. and Torque in the trans, drive shaft, and rear. About 20% from the flywheel H.P. and Torque ratings.

They have nitrous or forced induction to go from the normal 300 ft lb to 4-500 ft lb.

Anyways, you should have 3.27s in the gear now so with 4.10s it will give you like .83 more multiplacation....

Basically you will multiply torque by 4.1 instead of 3.27.

I think thats like 20% more multiplying...should help you get up and go a lot better with that 4v.

It's torque multiplication, like when you shift gears on your bicycle. your leg power is the same.

410's will feel great on any NA combo, you'll really like it.

Basically, gears give the "illusion" your car has more power without actually adding more. Example, Drive a stock Mustang like mine with the crappy 2.73s in the rear then drive a car, exactly the same, with say 3.73s. It will feel like the car with the higher gear(does it go higher or lower?) will accelerate better then the stock-geared car without adding tq/hp.

the bigger the "number" the lower the gear, so 4.10 would be lower than 3.73 etc...

I maybe be one of the crazy ones, but i like 4.30's an lower in a 4v. I have 4.10's now an its not enough for me. I'm considering 4.56's or maybe some 4.88's

I've wondered that too... at what mph do 4.10's start to hinder your performance? and what mph for 3.73's?
