The actual lens housing or the bulb assembly? The whole assembly adjusts by spinning the protruding metal from the mounting clips.

Red Circle - This part of the headlight adjusts it up/down. Screw in down for the headlight to point down/Screw it out the headlight points up!
Yellow Circle - This part of the headlight adjusts the light further into the bumper near the pony. It's basically like if someone has a lazy eye there eye would go close to the inside of there nose but on a horizontal plane.
Blue Circle - This part of the headlight does the same duties as the red but not as much. It adjusts how far the headlight sticks out from the headlight header panel, so match it up with your corner light so the headlight doesn't stick to far past the corner lamp, or the complete opposite all the way in past the corner lamp.

Hopefully this is helpful.

i think you can use a small socket on the back side of the metal post. like a 4mm or osmething... tahts just what my friend told me, i have yet to adjust my new headlights... so, its worth taking a look if you get to it before i do.
