How to install O/R pipe?

Do I just pull off the upper? Or is there a way to do it with out pulling off the upper?

pull the old h pipe off....install the new one. Un hook the o2 sensors and smog tube. drop the pipe....swap the o2 sensors out and bolt up the new one. thats it.

I mean, like how do I get to the bolts on the passenger side since the elbow on the upper makes it almost impossible to reach.

or a wrench and an impact. thats how i did mine.

yah, if you jack the car up far enough, you'll be able to see the bolts from the headers. they are way up there, but you will be able to reach them with an 18mm socket and a few extensions.

at firts i was like Huh? what is this guy talking about then it clicked that you probably have shorties. Yes a long extension and just jack the car up, which youll wanna do anyways.

If you use an impact be careful, I broke the studs on the stock manifolds with an impact, of course they were original and had not been loosened in 14 years. You might want to try and spray some creeper oil on them if your reusing the stock manifolds.
