How to remove Cowl Vent Cover?

Well just like the title says. I wanna know if there is anything special to removing the cowl vent cover. Basically the black piece of plastic between the hood and the windshield that houses the windshield wipers. Any help or websites would be appreciated cause I can't find any lol.

take the wipers off. then just wedge your hands between the cowl and w/shield. pull up on it cuz its basicly snapped in place.
