how to replace lights on the side of my bumper

so one of the lights/ reflector things on the side of my car toward the back on my bumper fell off in a car wash. I got new ones to replace them and i cant figure out for the life of me how to get to them to replace them. They also came with little led bubls but i didnt know they lit up??? I need help

oem's don't light up
to replace them you'll need to unscrew the bumper cover at the wheel well and reach back in there to put it in. there might be a bolt in the trunk too
