hydroboost conversion

Anybody done it?

Found this write up and it seems okay. The biggest thing is this diagram:

Yea I did it in my fox. Wasn't to bad pretty straight forward I just made all custom lines for my setup

as far as a parts list, is all you need is the lines and the hydroboost unit? i feel like if it's that easy, why doesn't everyone do that?

I'm not sure really I had to notch the plate that sits against the fire wall. When I bought it I got everything from the car but only used the unit and made my own lines. I love the pedal feel. I also installed the 04 cobra rack

Yea if you get the lines and hydra boost unit you can make it work. I just didn't like how they ran in my engine bay.

i feel like if it's that easy, why doesn't everyone do that?

Unless you have a monster cam no vacume or your vac pump isnt enough then there is no real benifit. That is why you dont see to many peeps swaping to it. IMO its a complete waist.

That's the whole reason I run the hydra boost the cam in my car is way to radical
