I am throwing 3 codes can someone help

1996 mustang GT hooked up my new SCT and am getting 3 codes P1143/P0136/P1000 and my car is missing like hell as well...Any ideas

P1443 Evaporative Emission Control System - Vacuum System - Purge Control Solenoid or Purge Control Valve fault
P0136 Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit fault - Bank No. 1.
P1000 OBD-II Monitor Testing Incomplete

The misfiring is explaned most likely by the downstream oxygen sensor fault. Check yoru evap system you either have a faulty purge solenoid or purge contro valve ooooo may have poor wiring to or from those items.

Does anyone know where i would start on fixing this....

You need to see if you can get the purge solenoid to actuate (with computer or try to wire it and see if you can get it tto work out of the car) if you cant, get a new solenoid

oxygen sensor, check the wiring to and from and if it and all electrical connections look good, most likely needs a sensor

Im also getting the p1000 code, and a code I cant remember the number but its basically ho2s downstream sensor not tested... whats that all about.

P1443 Evap system problem, I have found that one of the hoses is cracked. Check the hoses first.
P0136 Bank 1 Sensor 2. This is the O2 sensor downstream of the CAT on the side with #1 Cylinder. This senosr tells the EEC if the Cat is functioning only. It does not change injector PW
P1000 OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete.
None of these will make your engine miss like hell!! I would check the ignition system first to get the miss out of it. then go to the codes.
