I am new to mustangs. although my friend and I have put long tubes and udp's on his 94 5.0. thats about it. The car is a 96 mustang GT. automatic. with 102k. stock header/manifolds. with new 2.5" dual exhaust and X-pipe. new ford racing lowering springs and new shocks. and new "ford racing" 4:10 gears. perfect black interior. compustar alarm and remote start. and profetionally tinted windows. and comes with a new polyurethane corbra body kit. car needs paint but not that bad car was garage kept and he is the second owner.(first is his brother) thats about all i know. and it has a SVT emblem on the back? asking $5000 obo. please tell me anything that could help in my decision I really like it

no pics yet. its black with fairily clean body. gray primer sprayed below drivers quarter panel window. aparrently when he removed ghost flame grafics it peeled paint so he sprayed it to prevent rust. (his plans were to have it painted anyway with the body kit)

If you know the car and the seller really good this all goes out of the window though, I think. If your serious, try to go to $4k. I have no idea about the car stuff though. Better listen to another person.

My 03 Gt is an auto. theres nothing wrong with having an auto so If you like the car go for it. For what the mustang is its a great tough little sport car.

i am considering this car as a replacement for my 93 ford probe GT. It blew a HG and I dont wanna mess with it anymore. and i figured if the probe couldnt replace the mustang, then buy a mustang. what I would like to know is if this is a good year for the sn95. i mean becuase its the first year with this engine. what kind of problems does a 96 have vs. the 97-98. and overall what better? the 4.6l or 5.0 as in performance, modability, reliability.
