Same one I had when I sought after my current cobra, same itch I had when I paid off my 95 GT and sold it for a CBR. Well I really miss that bike and if things go as I hope they do then in the next few weeks I may have one again. If not I'll have to wait until spring, either way I WANT ONE

Here buddy, lemme give you this back scratcher. Id love to get a bike but Im a bigger guy and just dont think Id find one that would fit me well. Im 6'2" 275lbs(not FAT but have a smaller gut). I had a CBR1000RR offered to me for my car the way it sits but passed on it.

Bikes are so much fun, I always regretted selling mine shortly after I had. The Cobra is modded to the point where Its not all that fun to drive on the street a lot b/c the suspension is so harsh and stiff now so I want something I can blast around on all day during the summer and have fun doing it. Plus on the books Ive had my license for 8 yrs now and that helps out a lot with insurance, I called this morn and it was probably about 65% cheaper then when I had my first bike. Granted I used a quote for a 2006 and not what I had before which was a brand new 05 but its a much lighter hit in the wallet regardless.

Lol..I was once like you...after Road Racing as a Privateer in the AMA 13 years ago..Street Rider..I lost that itch..Once I Retired from Street Riding in 2008 ..Due to Good Friends ..No longer with us from Riding..I sold my last two Gixxer 750 Street..Gixxer 1000 Road Racer..that itch is gone..

..I still even have a 150 ped that only have 1000 miles on it that I bought in 2007..and it just sits..

HELMET SMELMET I was waaaaaay too cool to do that....... Actually in reality I had ordered a new one 2 weeks prior that had not arrived yet. Indiana has not helmet law(over 18) and we were just taking a quick sunset ride on an abnormaly warm feb day. Nope no helmet nor insurance, yes I was THAT f'n dumb... Learned a hard lesson while spending 3 months in a cast. Cleaned my act up, went back too school while continuing to work 60+ hrs a week to pay the medical bills. I ended up literally paying my last medical bill the month I left for the job that had been waiting for me to graduate for 3 months. Went from working my ass off to pay the bills to having 14 days a month off and tripling my income in phoenix so in the end I look at the wreck as hidden-blessing as I needed to go back too school and get my act together....

Yeah I used to have a 95 GT with a Paxton Novi 2000 supercharger on it.

I have a thing for Red if thats not apparent by now lol

I wanting to get another bike, I'm addicted. I love my 2003 Z1000. Waiting to get the SVO out of the shop, then the Z is getting a new clutch and a few small pieces before I take it and get it retuned. 2 wheels for life!

Out of all the bikes I've had CBR900RR to My Gixxers...to many to count from 92 to 2008...The one bike I rode..and didn't want to give it back..was My True Love CBR 1100 "BlackBird" ...OMG ..that bike is smooth.

I had wanted a bike since I was a teenager and never got one until my late 20's. Always followed the scene and kept up on the new models and once I got one It was hard to give it up for good. Even if I dont end up with one in a few weeks I'll have one in the spring.

i know what you mean, before i got the cobra i had a zx6r back in HS. got the cobra while i was in first year of college but that urge for a bike hit me again a few months ago and i got a hayabusa.
