Edit since i answered that question. here is anotherl;

What can i buy to spray on this section of the Hpipe to help slow down the rusting? its a winter driven stang.

I been through 2 ford OEM exhaust flange gaskets and now 1 mac gasket and i still have the same exhaust leak. So, i got fed up with it and pluged my tailpipes with some old clothes.

I found the leak. the h section of my hpipe is cracked or something.

here is a picture of the leaking part:

Do i have to remove the hpipe to get this fixed.

Hold up wait. I forgot i once brought a mac catted h pipe that came in 3 parts which i also brought a mac o/r h that came in 3 parts.

This mean i have another H section in my basement with black duracoated paint on it.
Oh boy... this will be a easy fix. Guess i put on my other H section and this non coated POS fixed at a later time.

Some welding shops sell some galvanizing agent in a spray can, like spray paint. look for it, ask for spray on galvanizing. it works extremely well, and stands up to extreme heat as well.

man the car sounds so good with the older style H on there. Im not sure how long the crack has been there but it did change the tone of my exhaust alot!!! So im guessing it started small and started to get bigger.

edit: the car actually breaks loose so easy now. So changing the stock plugs/ stock wires @ 140K miles than switching the broken H on my H pipe really tuned this car up.

So im know for a fact.. a hole in the crossover section will defaintly rob your car of ALOT of horsepower
