I'm at 3466 with the driver, so the car is 3300 empty. It was never really light though. It was always around this weight, and as suspension went on, some stuff took weight off, some added it. At the end I broke even with the starting weight. I think there is no more weight to gain at this point.

Probably depends on options but I thought the base weight was something like 3300-3400 lbs.

Seems like we are seeing sn95s closer to the 3200 range here?

Im pretty sure my brothers 00 auto GT true full weight was about 3400 lbs.

wow really! i would think it would be less! heavy fn car for its size no? fuck dont ever run outta gas and have to push that shit!

lol Idk...full weight, chrome cobra r's, automatic, all power...seems spot on to me.

And they are no fun to push haha

The good....I have no ac, no smog, no abs, no spare tire, a fiberglass hood. All front tubular suspension, lighter steeda control arms in the rear.
The bad.... Lots of piping for the turbo, subframe connecters extra differential supports and a cage.

Not too sure what mine would weigh at but will be finding out soon enough.

If I could get close to vette weight at the end of my build I will be really happy. You dont need insane amout of power to be competitive.
