So I have a chance to buy a turbo kit this week..I'm probably gonna do it. I also have gt40p heads but my explorer intake broke (long story) So right now, im looking at a boost brothers turbo, gt40p heads and a stock intake.. Would it even be worth it to put those heads on? Or could I just roll the turbo on a stock longblock till I can get some better stuff? I kinda wanna sell the heads and put the money towards my xxr rims. I just want to make 400-450 right now lol. I wonder how much boost I would need to push through the stock heads and intake, car has a cam, but the kit im getting is coming with a boost cam.

People done all of those before you did, so who'd you copy? Don't plan on being original unless you plan on being copied.

Anyways. Using a stock intake, GT40/GT40P's and a stock cam will work fine, but I'd defiantly get another Explorer intake or better ASAP. It'll make enough power to split the block in half with those Explorer parts + boost if you wanted to. Get to it!

Oh goodness do i smell something burning?

HAHA J/K

Be careful with this install man. Make sure you allow double the time you think it will take you. You never know what parts you will have to run out and get.

Yeah, I thikn your power numbers are reasonable for a stock block, I would do some mild port to the GT40p and maybe pick up an explorer or cobra intake
