Idle stuck between 2500 & 3000

I have a 94 gt mods are in my sig just installed a NX wet kit 130 shot I went 10 degrees on my timing and 2 steps colder plugs. I have sprayed it three times ran very strong and smooth but on the last run I pushed the clutch in to slow down and the Idle has never fell down from 2500 to 3000 what could be problem I can unplug the IAC and TPS and car stays doin the same thing throttle cable is not stuck what could be wrong? any help welcome thanks

Are you sure the throttle body is not closing all the way? Also it COULD be some sort of vacuum leak. Start your car, go to your throttle body and push it down hard to make sure its closed and not open.

I think I found out what my problem is I can take the IAC sensor off and block the holes in the intake and start my car up and it idles fine I can even adjust it with the idle screw so I think my IAC is definatley bad what do yall think?
