Ignition

So I have a 95 Mustang GTS, and just recently my car wont start the only way to get it to start is bump starting it, but when I go to turn it off it stays running. So I have to stall it to turn it off.. problem is when I turn the ignition OFF all of my accessories stay running, I have to pull the negative battery terminal to get them to turn off... Ive replaced my Ignition Lock cylinder and my Ignition Switch but im still having the same issue.. Any Advice??

welcome to the site! a fast and cheep option is to mount a battery kill switch to your dash....

Is the theft light on? very strange whats going on with your car...

that is strange x2 since disconnecting your battery should not make the motor stop unless the alt isn't supplying enough power. I would start there myself and have it tested as well as your battery. Start simple and check your ground wire connections are tight and not able to move when you pull/wiggle them. If they do take the cable off, scrape/clean the area under the connection and then make sure its tight enough to not move. The body/batt ground is right next to the battery and the body/motor ground is on the passenger side bottom of the motor.

I would check for starter / solenoid issues and all ( if any fusible links in between ) also check clutch starter interlock the swiich that keeps your car from sarting unless clutch is engaged. Hopes this helps
