So I havent been on here in a couple months.... Last wed I finally got around to getting some good passes on the 150 shot....

Heres the run-down...

60....... 1.43...... Yowsers!!!!!!!!!
330'..... 4.62
1/8...... 7.21
mph..... 95.28
1000.... 9.49
1/4...... 11.38
mph..... 118.97

Still bone stock 95 5.0 long block w/ stock t5 and stock clutch.... The t5 shifts like shit with this much power and acceleration. I bet if I had a built PG id easily pick up a couple tenths.


Next is aerospace brakes and a nano kit. We'll seee.....

More then you know but still have a long road ahead of me. New heads are at the CNC Machine shop now but then have to get the long tubes and mid pipe plus Im moving in a about a month so looks like I'll have to have it towed to the new garage. Wont have it up and running by then and I dont want to leave it here until its done even though I could. There's so much odds and ends stuff I have left to do

Not sure. A dart 347 iron eagle is next. The front brakes and the nano kit are just a band aid in my quest to go faster.

The goal for the car is to be very competitive in outlaw 8.5 and x275 events. So bottom 5's in the 1/8th. The setup is a 347 w/ a ysi blower, 2 spd glide. I get my income tax at the end of this month which will fund the 347 short block. With the current 150 shot it should put me well into the 10's until I can afford the blower.

Ill have another pic or two from the local track rental were having march 27th. Hopefully some video as well.

Its great. The shakedown is this weekend. Some pretty badass rides will be there.

sweet man, I dont see how you cant et it lighter, I think I will be in the 27's this year but who knows. Good job with the times and shifting. see if you can scoop up a face plated t5 or pro shifted, that will help and still keep stock gear case.

My previous best with stock gt brakes on all four corners was 11.38 @ 118.9mph. After the Aerospace front and rear brake swap I saved 60lbs (35 front, 25 rear) and there is a lot less rolling resistance. In the 1/4th mile I picked up just about 1 tenth and 1.3mph. Nothing else was change on the car. All in all I think it was worth it and the gains will be more and more noticeable as the car gets faster.
