So Guys gimme some pointers.

Mod list is as Follows.
stupid ebay alum intake ( cooled IAT to 112 vs 145 stock plastic and fixed a crappy idle )
2.5 inch offroad H pipe
Flowmaster cut in mufflers on stock 2.25 pipes
PI heads
PI intake
Hitech Stage 2 cams
Dyno tune by Dante's Modular Performance

car put down 248 HP at 5890 and 268 Tq at 4k on the dot at a 12.6 AFR 17 Deg of timing advance because the engine was over 200 deg on the dyno ( fixed that by further lowering the cooling fans but was not tested on dyno )

if it isn't listed it IS stock. i'm looking to make 300 RWHP as the title says with out changing the stock manifolds

i mean, you can always do some stupid bolt ons but that wont get you anywhere near 300rwhp. since you already have h/c/i all i can think of is a shot of juice or some sort of f/i

i know for a fact i can put 300 at the wheels with out a power adder.

Honestly i believe the biggest problem currently is the tune its self. 12.6:1 is still a little rich for NA

you're not doing it without long tubes or more internal work. intake manifold/heads/pistons.
the only other significant bolt ons you have left are electric water pump and march dampener, and even with the tune you'll still come up plenty short.

race gas and more timing would get you there.

Where are you located?
Ok, had a customer do this, 02 GT, put small cams, comp 270's I believe or smaller, cold air from Anderson, different mass air meter from ProM, 24 lb injectors, long tubes and off road H pipe, cat back, throttle body 75mm and plenum from accufab or Prof Prod, can't remember. Made 300.4 rwhp and a little less torque. It took me a while to get there tuning it because the car started out with 200 hp. I had to take his ebay meter off and put a ProM on it, and worked the tune, getting all the retards to stop pulling timing out. Finally made three pulls all within a hp or two and all around 300 hp. He also holds the claim to the most improved on my dyno, but gaining nearly 100 hp with tuning.
Your a/f ratio is not correct. It isn't even in the same ballpark with correct. Your car is not supercharged or poweradded, so it should be leaner. Your timing can't be very high at all. If you are close enough I can get you tuned and running the way it should, otherwise, just go back and make them get it right. just my .02 worh.

He has ported heads and 270's.

and yes its gonna be pretty hard (not impossible) to get there with the stock headers.

You know, I would be curious to see how much long tubes improve over stock manifolds? I know there is something there to be had, but how much is unknown. I'm talking on a built engine making the most power you can get with stockers and then throwing a set of lt on it. hmmmmm.

i still have tuning, 75mm TB/plenum, Lightning maf ( if ever required ), under drive pully, 3.73's ( help the engine in the upper end )

I think that could all end up adding the other 50 hp ( tuning being the bigest factor )

i dont see the point, you'll drop tons of money in a n/a setup to get 300rwhp...when you can put that money into a blower setup and make 400rwhp....

I guess its the thrill of the hunt. Im gonna be knocking on some pretty good numbers next year (if i get the project done) but yea the whole NA quest is NOT cheap, easy or even practical... I just like knowing that if a belt slips I wont lose power, I dont have to worry about a "hit" and break the tires loose... and I dont need to worry bout my meth working right or losing my engine.

Im am by no means a dyno queen, my first tune pre mid pipe ws 283. Once I saw I could be close, we went or it. Its pretty cool to see a car that hooks decen 1.62 short, and run a respectable time 12.67 with 300 wheel. Yes there are faster cars but alot of them have some pretty good amount of gear/tire.

my response was to blown97. you posted while I was typing. you're one of a very few people on this site who runs at the track. most drive their cars full time on the street and fixate on HP levels.

Lol...I get the point but uh, there really is no "hit" with a centri blower at all, no need to run meth, and belt slip doesnt seem to be a problem unless your running a huge blower and a shit tone of a power so theyre all pretty pointless points when talking about a blown street car mustang.

I was running a 2.6 inch pulley on my blower with a 6 rib and belt slip wasnt even an issue.

N/A is cool...but boost is so amazing when youve got a 4.6 2v
