Installing a 180 degree thermostat

Is it worth the time to install a 180 degree thermostat on a NA 4.6L with P.I. heads, comp cams, and several mods done to the car?

It really doesn't take much time at all. Mine runs slightly cooler now.

Thanks for the advice on the 180 degree thermostat. Does alot of people run the 180 degree thermostat?

i ran a 180* thermostat and loved it, i noticed a big difference but i had a Kenne Bell on mine, its not that hard to do, everyone should, just dont go below 180 or else it will never close

Thanks for all the advice. I had bought one some time ago but just have not had the chance to install it yet.
