intake gasket???

this question has probably been answered before.. i have a 98 gt non p.i motor question i have is
am goin to run the p.i intake on the the 98 gt head so do i used the p.i intake gasket or non. p.i intake gasket?? thanks..

I think you use the pi intake gasket and just add RTV around the water port corner on the head itself.

I recommend non pi, I did my intake the first time with PI gaskets and RTV, even though everything was done right it still was starting to leak, redid it with non-pi and it has been on there for years now without any leaks

Are u buying the intake by itself. They make a full kit with everything needed to do the swap. Intake.. gasket.. rtv.. nipple. Made by livernois. I used it. Easy swap if u make no mistakes

Non pi gaskets and make sure it's a oem manifold te dorman and aftermarket ones Aren't any better then the non pi stock one you have . Only run ford pi intakes
