I would go with the Edlebrock RPM Performer II. You can retain the EGR stuff if you need to. By asking I am asssuming you live in a smog check area?

Systemax > Edelbrock

I am only going by recommendation but I have been told by Ed Curtis, the Systemax 2 out performs the Performer RPM 2.

With a stock long block a cobra/performer intake would be plenty.

If I can find a Systemax for around the same price, thats what i'm going to get since my tuner Mike Rousch recommends that intake over the rest.
