So I have a CEL that appears every few minutes. I was able to pull the EEC code, thank you for that write up, and it is 157 "MAF was/is low or ground issue." I pulled out the air box and MAF and the connections and wires seem to be in good shape. There aren't any cracks or disconnects. I cleaned the sensor and put it back in. The light will go off and it will run fine for a few minutes and then it will attempt to stall/ kick back and the CEL will come on. Any thoughts? I am thinking maybe a grounding issue and i have seen some threads on here where others have had a similar issue. I didn't want to ressurect a few year old thread. its a 94' Cobra with 90k. all original and no modifications. same code engine running or off. any help is appreciated. thanks.
