JLT question

im looking for some truth behind this pic. Is that really a stock brace with the JLT Ram intake??? anyone else running the stock brace with the JLT intake?

I've read people say they fit but rub on the brace.

that wouldnt be a problem.

How do you think it would look? Keep in mind, my engine bay is no where as dirty as that one. Plus it would be tangerine with the shield.

keep stock valve covers you might be okay. lol.

Yeah mine is not a JLT but its a Mac, same thing tho and i got the brace on and it doesnt really rub at all.

i havea mac and taller valve covers. my CAI rubs on the brace and the valve covers.

I have a JLT in fender, when i wnt from a stock maf to a lightning maf the In Fender adapter would not longer it so I had to "Duff Daddy" it to work. and it became a ram air intake.

I mean yeah it rubs a little but nothing major or anything to worry about.

so if I go with the JLT RAI i will be good? Im running a BBK on my 04, and am looking for something else. Im not into power, mostly having a show car painted intake, but ive heard good things about JLT and their gains compared to others.
