that wouldnt be a problem.

How do you think it would look? Keep in mind, my engine bay is no where as dirty as that one. Plus it would be tangerine with the shield.

Yeah mine is not a JLT but its a Mac, same thing tho and i got the brace on and it doesnt really rub at all.

i havea mac and taller valve covers. my CAI rubs on the brace and the valve covers.

I have a JLT in fender, when i wnt from a stock maf to a lightning maf the In Fender adapter would not longer it so I had to "Duff Daddy" it to work. and it became a ram air intake.

I mean yeah it rubs a little but nothing major or anything to worry about.

so if I go with the JLT RAI i will be good? Im running a BBK on my 04, and am looking for something else. Im not into power, mostly having a show car painted intake, but ive heard good things about JLT and their gains compared to others.

also, im not chaning my valve covers, and I need to keep the brace. It would be snug I know, but it would fit under there hopefully.

I had a densecharger on my car for a very short time and it rubbed the STB badly, I switched to a regular 3" tube and it fits great

ok, so it now seems I can fir the CAI under the brace,

What do you guys think. Would it be possible on my 96?

umm they told me i had to take mine off bc it wouldnt fit but i think it also bc of where they mounted the zex box
