well, that depends on a few factors.

the cost of the 32 V motor!
doing the install yourself or having a shop do it?
I think you have to modify the fuel system, and I belive they can now use the same computer, just rework it.
I'm sure there's a few other parts needed.
My tuner has done a number of 4V swaps.

k-member is the same, and you DONT HAVE to change the brakes...and to its hard to give an estimate because it depends on which motor you want, or if you want to do a built motor and many other factors. The best way to find out is to call local performance shops around you.

but it will be over $3500 for sure.

well i've seen them go for the cheapest for around 6k or more. IMHO i would just put the 96/98 cobra motor in, since it would be cheaper and if you want i got the

1) 97 Computer
2) Computer wiring harness
3) Engine wiring harness
4) Engine Power harness

Also, if you want to do the mark Viii motor then i got a set of 98 Cobra cams, which are the most agressive stock cobra cam you can get. :)

I'll let 1,2,3,4 go for around 250 + Shipping
Cams, 100 dollars

O and with that, all you would need is the t45 tranny, Mark Viii motor, 96/98 intake, and these cams and boom cobra swap. on the cheap :)

well you really dont need any of those 4 things to do the swap, and if you want an aggresive cam, go with one from a mach

Actually the mach cams are even less agressive than the 99 up cobra's thats why they have such good low end torque. Trust me when i say 98 has most agressive, I spent 3 to 4 years working things out for the swap, only to start it and loose interest. :(

I know you don't "need" the things since you can rig up the wiring but come on? 250 and the job is done right..... also, if it throws a code, guess what you can trouble shoot it....cant do that when using the gt computer. :)
