Ok so for the last few weeks i've noticed that when i am at around 1800-2000 rpm's decelerating i have a almost like a quick knocking sound coming from around under the dash board. But if i depress the clutch within those rpm's then it stops. This sound is driving me crazy. What and where do i start?

sounds to me like the throwout bearing is going out in your transmission. generally, the worse it gets, the more often
you will hear it. And the most common test to see if the throwout bearing is bad is to depress the clutch (like you stated)
and it generally goes away. to better determine this, get your car on a lift, with someone up in the car, have them hold the
rpms where the noise is constant, and listen from under the car, and i would bet that it is coming from the bellhousing area.
the part itself is fairly cheap, but it is the labor (if you choose to have someone else do it) is what will be slightly costly.

i replaced the clutch and throw out bearing within 4k miles. it only does it around 1800 rpm's or so. only around that not higher or lower. and when i depress the clutch in that range it goes away. sounds like someone is trapped by my gauge cluster and they are knocking. sounds exactly like that auctually
