Lately I've been having some weird problems.

Since getting this car I've had some strange problems that I, or really anyone else for that matter, have never encountered before. Well here's another one, upon somewhat hard braking and even sometimes durring light braking, my shifter kind of sway left to right. It's not the usual sifter vibration, if the shifter is in my hand and I'm braking and go to downshift, it feels as though the whole transmission is moving and its hard to go in to gear because of the motion its making. Its not a syncro problem because the trans shifts fine in all gears at all RPM's and even powershifts smoothly. I recently changed my clutch maybe about a 1000 miles ago, along with pilot bearing, flywheel resurfaced, and all other parts associated with swap. I even changed my trans mount with a new from Ford piece. I dont think my motor mounts are bad but I havent checked, could they be the problem? Has anyone else had this problem?

Could be sounds a little like my problem. When I accelerate hard I feel it twist to the right.

exactly except mine kind of wiggles. Are you motor mounts shot?

Nothing some poly motor mounts and new tranny mount cant fix. mine did the same thing back when

Yup, got new motor mounts waiting to go in. I'm between jobs so I don't accelerate hard hoping it holds and sipping gas.

I can side with poly engine mounts but my trany mount has maybe 1K miles on it tops. I just hope it doesnt have to do with a really bad driveline vibration making my trany wobble...or maybe bad motor mounts is causing the whole problem?
