Man, I ordered a wad of stuff last month, FedEx lost the package, called up CG and they put another package in the mail the same day, it was supposed to be delivered today, and FedEx damaged the package and sent it back to CG. Called CG again, they are sending package #3 out today, no questions asked.

Hopefully the third time's the charm.

FedEx seems like FailEx, which is odd because in my experience they are usually pretty good, and way better than those sh*t brown colored people.

Hoping a bottle of Glossworkz Glaze gets thrown in for the trouble? lol

They work awesome. This is my second one I broke the first one but it was my fault not the manufactures.

they are good for carpet stains right? is that the regular one or the pet one?

I have one as well. This machine works very well for extracting carpet stains. 90% if you spray a good carpet upholstery cleaner on the stain, then use the machine with some concentrate in it, the stain will lift up almost effortlessly!!!

My karcher pressure washer failed last week after a good amount of use. Started leaking from the inside.

I went and bought another one lol So cheap at walmart.
