I recently bought a freshly rebuilt 306 with forged pistons and edelbrock rpm's to go on top - 60cc comb. chambers 202 int 16 exh. the block and heads looked good and i got an edelbrock 7364 head gasket kit to put them together. and after all is said and done when the engine warms up i get a steady drip from both sides between the gasket and block/head. i used arp studs and 7/16-20, 12 sided nuts. i torqued them in sequence to 65 lbs and then on to 70 lbs. i know that is stock specs but are aluminum heads different??? What did I do wrong? Why is it leaking?
