I'm going to pick up some leather seats tonight. Guy said 150-200 for both fronts and the rear. Rear and passenger seat look brand new driver seat has some cracking in the outboard side bolster. My two questions are how much different is the grey interior in 97 to 94? And can the cracking be repaired?

The cracking normally can't be repaired unless you get a new skin for the seat. I got 2 driver seats 1 power 1 manual, mint pass seat and mint rear seats for 215 bucks. So your getting a decent deal. grey isn't as sought after as black is. Which is what i have. But to my understanding there isn't too much difference. It's only when you get into 99+ leather

Yeah I figure it's not a bad deal. The picture is hard to tell if it's cracking or glare/creases. I like black but I don't want to convert my entire interior over. So I'm gonna roll with my grey two tone. My only concern is that ford calls my grey opal grey and they call the 98 a medium graphite. On the same note they did change the name of crystal white to ultra white soooooo who knows. Think I can fit all the interior in the mustang and drive it home? :)

You can fit both front seats in the rear if you put them upside down and the rear seats on the passenger side, or since you're going to be replacing them why not take off the passenger and the rear rear seat off before you go over? If you buy them, you come back with 2 out of 3 seats installed, if you don't then just put yours back on. Doesn't take more than 15 minutes to remove and install.
