Has anybody used red LEDs?

The film over the gauges is blue so that would give you a purplish light, have not seen it.

yeah, u could. My Lexus has red/orange gauges that look pretty cool but the blue looks so fresh.

Yeah, I was wanting red because ultra-lite II gauges have a red rim around them at night.
If not red, what would be a good color to go with autometer ultra-lite II gauges?

u can scrape it off i dont know if it would show throught as clean as with the film. as for the gauges u can put the leds to back light the autometer gauges if i remember correctly. as for what style and trim u want that will be purly up to you and what u like the look of the best.
