length of rear end

If i remember right, the length of an sn95 rear end is longer than a fox rear. Does anyone know the length of it? I can buy a rear end with 3.73 gears and traction lock for really cheap and it would be easier and cheaper than getting gears installed...

or since its an 8.8 could i just change the axles out? i'm trying to read up about this cause its such a good deal...
