Looking for a hood!

I am currently looking for a hood to clear my BBK SSI intakes. I was really dead set of finding a hood with the 96-98 Cobra scoops on the hood. i found one i really like that looks to be a cobraR hood with the Cobra scoops but i see the makers are scam artists. I like the cobraR hood itself but i want the 96-98 scoops. Anyone know who makes a hood with the cobra scoops that would clear the intakes? please comment. thanks.

as much as i am constantly looking at hoods i have never seen a cobra r hood that had the scoops also. i dont think there is one. i may be wrong but never have seen it.

I agree with everything tony said, I don't think anyone makses an aftermarket 96-98 Cobra hood with the scoops. Maybe try local salvage yards for wrecked cobras and you might be able to pick up a real cobra hood for a decent price

Idk , I kinda like it , however I don't know if I would like it on my car . That's why mine still has a stock hood I don't want to spend $600 and then not like it , hoods r a very hard thing to choose ..

HO Fibertrends makes a raised cobra hood. Might be enough to clear your intake.

Scoops on top of cowls are just awful. What are we firebirds now rocking some nostril ram air?

theres always the option to get a cobra r hood and have someone fiberglass scoops from a cobra hood in it......if you know anyone in auto body they could do it as a side job but otherwise it'd cost too much
