Pretty much decide what rotating assembly to go with (need to do asap lol). Then assemble the engine. Heads are on the way (FTI 190's). All in a stock block 302 for now. Then get it tuned. Then enjoy it. sounds simple enough. lol

My 93 Lx dynoed at 236rwhp and 292rwtq. That's with trickflow tw heads cleaned up ports, x-303 cam, ported Cobra intake and dss racing 308. I had all other supporting hardware. Its a 5spd with 3.73 gears 84mph in the 1/8. Then I switched to Holley intake and fully ported heads and ran a AndersonFord Motorsport cam. Next time it was 7.25@92mph 1/8. A simple switch to proper head, cam and intake can make a world of difference. Its all about feeding the right amount of airflow to that engine.
